The main conference venue will be the Sir Martin Evans at Cardiff University. The theatre is equipped with all state-of-the-art audio visual equipment (HD projectors, radio microphones, video recording facilities with Panopto, and capabilities for live web broadcast), is wheel chair accessible (6 designated places) and has an induction loop.
Poster sessions will take place immediately across the road from Sir Martin Evans building in the great Hall of the Cardiff University Students Union, which accommodates more than 150 poster boards with plenty of extra room for industrial stands. These venues are adjacent to the Cardiff City Hall and are within walking distance (4-5 mins) to the city centre, with its museums, theatres, hotels, large shopping district and castle.
